Small Group/Private Trainer
My passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals using new and exciting methods while emphasizing positive body image. I work with all levels of fitness by providing various movements in a supportive and non-intimidating environment. My degree in Exercise Science allows me to help my clients to correctly and safely perform the movements. I strive to make each class enjoyable and provide continuous support to make sure that each person that comes in feels welcome and leaves feeling satisfied in furthering their fitness and appreciating their bodies.
